Aceptación de los Términos
Al descargar, instalar o usar Inventury ("la App"), aceptas estar sujeto a estos Términos de Servicio y a los Términos de Servicio de la App Store de Apple. Si no estás de acuerdo con estos términos, por favor no uses la App.
Descripción del Servicio
Inventury es una aplicación de gestión de inventario para iPhone, iPad y Mac que te permite rastrear productos, calcular costos y márgenes, convertir divisas, registrar ventas y clientes, y colaborar con tu equipo. Tus datos se almacenan en tu propia cuenta de iCloud mediante Apple CloudKit.
Apple y Tu Cuenta
Inventury no crea cuentas ni almacena contraseñas. La App depende de tu Apple ID e iCloud para la identificación y el almacenamiento de datos, regidos por los propios términos y política de privacidad de Apple. Iniciar sesión con Apple lo proporciona Apple y nunca comparte tu contraseña con nosotros.
Suscripciones y Compras Dentro de la App
Inventury puede ofrecer suscripciones y compras únicas a través de la App Store. Todos los pagos los procesa Apple, sujeto a los términos de la App Store. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente a menos que se cancelen al menos 24 horas antes del final del período actual, y se pueden gestionar en los ajustes de tu cuenta de App Store. Los precios pueden cambiar en cualquier momento con aviso.
Licencia
Te otorgamos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la App para tu uso personal o comercial en dispositivos Apple que poseas o controles, según lo permitido por las Reglas de Uso de los Términos de Servicio de la App Store de Apple.
Uso Aceptable
Aceptas usar Inventury solo para fines legales y de acuerdo con estos Términos. Aceptas no:
- Usar la App de cualquier manera que viole las leyes aplicables
- Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a los datos de otros usuarios
- Interferir con o interrumpir la funcionalidad de la App
- Usar la App para almacenar o transmitir contenido malicioso
Propiedad Intelectual
La App y su contenido original, características y funcionalidad son propiedad de Inventury y están protegidos por leyes internacionales de derechos de autor, marcas registradas y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual. No puedes copiar, modificar ni distribuir ninguna parte de la App sin nuestro consentimiento por escrito.
Datos y Privacidad
Tu uso de la App también se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad. Como tus datos viven en tu cuenta de iCloud, conservas la propiedad y el control sobre ellos, y puedes exportarlos o eliminarlos en cualquier momento.
Descargo de Garantías
La App se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad" sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas o implícitas. No garantizamos que la App sea ininterrumpida, libre de errores o libre de componentes dañinos.
Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Inventury no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo que resulte de tu uso o incapacidad para usar la App. Eres responsable de mantener copias de seguridad y registros precisos de los datos de tu negocio.
Beneficiario Tercero
Apple Inc. y sus subsidiarias son beneficiarios terceros de estos Términos de Servicio. Al aceptar estos términos, Apple tiene el derecho de hacerlos cumplir contra ti como beneficiario tercero.
Cambios en los Términos
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Notificaremos a los usuarios de cualquier cambio material a través de la App o por correo electrónico. Tu uso continuado de la App después de los cambios constituye la aceptación de los nuevos Términos.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Inventury ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by Apple's App Store Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Inventury is an inventory management application for iPhone, iPad, and Mac that lets you track products, calculate costs and margins, convert currencies, record sales and customers, and collaborate with team members. Your data is stored in your own iCloud account via Apple CloudKit.
Apple & Your Account
Inventury does not create accounts or store passwords. The App relies on your Apple ID and iCloud for identification and data storage, governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Sign in with Apple is provided by Apple and never shares your password with us.
Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Inventury may offer subscriptions and one-time purchases through the App Store. All payments are processed by Apple, subject to the App Store's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your App Store account settings. Prices may change at any time with notice.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or business use on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Inventury only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use the App to store or transmit malicious content
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Inventury and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Because your data lives in your iCloud account, you keep ownership and control of it, and you may export or delete it at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inventury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining backups and accurate records of your business data.
Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
